Sorteggi Europa League, Juve in Irlanda o Israele

Trasferta in Irlanda o in Israele per la Juventus nel terzo turno preliminare di Europa League (ex Coppa Uefa). È quanto è uscito dalle urne del sorteggio che si è svolto nella sede Uefa di Nyon. I bianconeri affronteranno infatti la vincente del match tra gli irlandesi dello Shamrock Rovers e gli israeliani del Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv, che devono ancora scontrarsi nel ritorno in Israele (22 luglio) mentre l’andata in Irlanda è terminata 1-1. La gara di andata della Juve (in trasferta) si giocherà il 29 luglio, il ritorno il 5 agosto. Lo Shamrock Rovers è una squadra di Dublino che gioca con una maglia a strisce orizzontali bianche e verdi simile a quella del Celtic. Ha vinto 15 campionati irlandesi (l’ultimo però nel 1994) e 24 coppe nazionali (l’ultima nel 1987). Il Bnei Yehuda (Figli di Giuda) è una formazione di Tel Aviv: ha vinto un solo campionato (nel 1990) e due coppe nazionali (1968 e 1981). Gioca in maglia arancione con calzettoni bianchi. Napoli e Palermo entreranno in ballo nei play off (sorteggio 6 agosto)
